LEFT COAST WHITE OAK RESERVE: OXLEY OIL FINISH (WIRE BRUSHED)

Our gorgeous Oregon-recovered Left Coast White Oak IN A WIRE-BRUSHED TEXTURE WITH THE RICH EUROPEAN FRENCH-OAK FEEL OF THE OXLEY FINISH AVAILABLE IN SOLID & ENGINEERED WIDE PLANK & STRIP FLOORING AS WELL AS WALL PANELING.

This natural beauty from the untamed far west, Anthology Woods Left Coast White Oak is our quintessential "rustic modern" flooring and wall paneling.  Add the smokey richness in color with a wire-brushed, white washed oil finish on a very durable American hardwood (a Janka rating over 1600!) and the result is a an old world French or European influence on a west coast sourced wood.  Our Left Coast White Oak grows exclusively in a narrow swath of the West - or "left"- coast, between the 34th & 49th parallels and is 25% harder than common White Oak from the eastern United States.  Character includes knots & checks, and grain patterns are highly varied including the cathedral nature of a European style cut with planks that represent vertical and flat grain side by side (particularly in wide widths).  Color ranges from mocha to blond, with most planks landing in a rich caramelized brown sugar tone.
