What are HPDs (Health product Declarations)?

Health Product Declarations (HPDs) are an important tool for designers and architects to specify building materials and products that are eco-friendly and low-emitting for LEED and other green building projects. HPDs were created to increase transparency and to disclosing the human and environmental health impacts of the ingredients and materials. Projects that are pursuing LEED, WELL, Living Building Challenge or other certification programs can use HPDs to report materials that lend to different credits. HPDs are an essential tool for disclosing product information to work towards a more sustainable future of building and manufacturing.

Anthology Woods Published HPDs

Anthology Woods has published HPDs for the following reclaimed wood products: Frontier Blend: Antique and Weathered, Stout’s Legacy: Weathered, Antique & Reborn, Industrial Oak and Grey Medley Oak. All of these products are unfinished, untreated wood, which is a natural biological material perfect for LEED, WELL and other green building initiatives. All of these products have been pre-checked for LEED Option One and Two and passed both options. In addition, all of these products are FSC Certified 100% recycled.

The HPD Collaborative Public Repository

The HPD Collaborative (HPDC) is a non-profit member association that works to educate about and publish HPDs to improve the transparency of materials and ingredients used in building projects.

The HPD Public Repository is a pubic database for sharing published HPDs for all types of building materials. Viewers can search for a specific product or search by brand or material to find what they are looking for. Find our published HPDs here or download them on each of our product pages.

Check out the press release about publishing our HPDs here. For more information about our products and their certifications, please contact us via phone or email for more information.
