Las Vegas Restaurant with Mediterranean Feel Features Anthology Woods Flooring & Paneling

CATCH, a dazzling seafood restaurant located inside the Aria Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, showcases distressed reclaimed flooring and paneling in an upscale, eclectic restaurant space. Designed by Rockwell Group, the aesthetic of this 7,000 square foot restaurant creates an open, Mediterranean feel with lush pergolas and olive trees accented with our reclaimed oak flooring and white and gray washed wall cladding. Boutique Design describes the interior of the restaurant, including custom-dyed Italian leather seating and a green and blue quartzite bar top, which creates a cozy and luxurious environment perfect for the Vegas setting.

Our White and Gray Washed Stout’s Legacy Blend accentuates the walls of the bar area and dining rooms. The beautiful light tones enhance the modern, yet nature-inspired style of the restaurant, adding to the outdoor-indoor effect. The use of both the white and gray washed tones creates a variegated effect, adding depth and texture to the space.

Contrasting with the light tones, our Sawmill Oak flooring welcomes patrons in the entranceway. It is finished with clear oil to bring out the deep richness and expressive texture of the wood, sourced from Red and White Oak from barns, out-buildings and warehouses in the Eastern U.S.. The character of this floor may include fastener holes, surface texture, and/or tight knots, which add unique personality to a floor that can handle high-traffic environments, like restaurants. It was a perfect choice for this stunning restaurant entrance, dripping with colorful foliage and fanciful lights.

This project highlights the diverse application of reclaimed wood as a floor, wall, and ceiling material for inspiring, design-driven restaurant spaces. Mixed with other materials, like weathered brick and stone (and foliage!), wood paneling and flooring help create the perfect eating environment.
